According to NLS Automation, BARD is not operating reliably. It still has periods where it is unresponsive.
NLS believes the cause is a system issue.
This affects all aspects of BARD including BARD mobile and BARD web.
NLS is continuing to work on the problem. When it is resolved we will post a systems admin alert on BARD.
NLS regrets the inconvenience.
